Lease, Lease, Lease.

Working out the details of a lease is stressful. I am not, by nature, a wheeler dealer. I want what is best for both parties and for everyone to be happy. Naive, I know, but is how I want to travel through life. Anyway, trying to get the best deal I can feels a little wheely dealy. The bottom line is that in the end there is only so much one can pay for it to make business sense.
Now I wait and see what the response is.....................
