Asheville jeweler: Una Barrett

Asheville jeweler Una Barrett, owner of Relics of a New Age, creates contemporary jewelry out of mixed metals and found objects.  Her studio is located in the River Arts District, a popular tourist destination full of art galleries, studio's, and restaurants.

The River Arts District is the location of 12 Bones BBQ, a favorite of president Obama when he comes to town.  Another spot not to be missed is The Wedge Brewery, with a great patio to sip a beer while the sun goes down.

Una has a wide range of work, from simple bangle's and hoops to elaborate pendants featuring gemstones and found objects.  She is a member of the Southern Highland Craft Guild and operates a shop on Etsy.
